Reset Password

To reset your password:

1. Go to Settings>Edit my profile>Reset Password
2. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you've provided when signing up to Retrica.
3. Check the e-mail and click on the link that says "click here".
4. Click and enter new password.

The new password must satisfy all below criteria:

• Can only use alphabet, number or special characters.
• Must contain number or special characters.
• Must have at least 8 characters.

Now your new password is all set.
